4. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• Payment is made directly to the companion via cash on delivery
• No advance payment is required through our platform
• Prices are determined by individual companions and may vary
• Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours in advance

5. User Conduct

Users agree to:

• Treat companions with respect and courtesy
• Provide accurate booking information
• Not engage in illegal activities
• Not share, record, or distribute private content without consent
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality

6. Profile Verification

While we verify all profiles to the best of our ability:

• We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of all profile information
• Physical appearances may vary slightly from photos
• Services offered are at the discretion of individual companions
• Any discrepancies should be reported immediately

7. Cancellation & Refund

• Cancellations made 2+ hours before appointment: No charges
• Late cancellations may incur fees
• No-shows will be blocked from future bookings
• Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7 business days

8. Limitation of Liability

fuddibook.com acts as a platform only. We are not liable for:

• The conduct or actions of companions or clients
• Any disputes arising from service delivery
• Personal property loss or damage
• Health or safety issues during appointments

9. Privacy & Confidentiality

All bookings and user information are kept strictly confidential as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Both clients and companions must respect each other's privacy.

10. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment or abusive behavior
• Fraudulent bookings or payment methods
• Soliciting services outside our platform
• Attempting to recruit companions away from the platform
• Sharing login credentials

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time without prior notice. We may also update these terms periodically.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian law.
